GIFT University firmly believes that Alumni are the face of the university. They are the torchbearers of the University’s vision of Converting Knowledge into Practical Experience. Their success can have huge impact on the community, economy and fellow students.  

The university aims to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical exposure for its student community by engaging its alumni community. In line with this vision, GIFT University is implementing the Alumni policy for its alumni community. 

Following are some of the major benefits that available to GIFT Alumni Community:

All alumni are entitled to apply for Alumni card after completion of their degree from GIFT University. Alumni card is the perquisite for availing hosts of discounts and benefits from campus entry to brand discounts. Alumni card application can be submitted by visiting alumni portal.

Once any student completes his/her degree from GIFT his/her student email will be deactivated and alumni email will be enabled upon request. All alumni are entitled to register and get customized email for their personal as well as professional use.

Alumni cards entitle all alumni to avail discounts on certain brands. Details of such discounts will be posted on social media platforms and on this website.

Alumni of GIFT University can also avail scholarships in the form of generous concession of 25% fee tuition fee waiver who wishes to enhance their education by joining in MPhil Psychology or MPhil Economics or MPhil Management Sciences or MBA Programs based on limited seats. 

This scholarship will be applicable during normal time duration of the program/discipline. For more information about list of programs, consult terms and conditions given at the end of this policy.

• Aforementioned waivers are for Academic year 2023-24 only and may vary in subsequent years.

Kin and Spouse of GIFT University alumni can also avail the sponsorship in the form of a generous concession of:

• 30% Tuition fee waiver to the kin/spouse when he/she joins the GIFT University in undergraduate programs including post Associate Degree (14 years education).
  OR 
• 10% if join in undergraduate program of BS Textile and Fashion Design.

Note:

• This scholarship is not available on certain privileged programs and this will be applicable during normal/regular time duration of the program/discipline. For more information about the list of programs, consult terms and conditions given at the end of this policy.

• Aforementioned waivers are for Academic year 2023-24 only and may vary in subsequent years.

Alumni of GIFT University can avail a flat 25% waiver for all language courses being offered by GIFT Language Centre (GLC).

GIFT University has signed MoU with KIPS and Global Age all of our alumni community is now entitled to avail a flat 50% waiver (on showing university recommendation letter) for CSS-PMS preparations as well as skill-based courses.

GIFT Alumni community is entitled to avail library facility during evening timings. However, issuance of book or any other material is subject to the library policy.

GIFT University’s Alumni can avail subsidized on campus accommodation for short stays only subject to availability and prevalent terms & conditions.

All alumni are entitled to avail 50% waiver of bus tickets in case he/she decides to avail the facility. Same waiver is applicable if any of the blood relative including siblings or parents wish to avail the said facility. Discount is also applicable for spouse of the alumni.
